Shipping
Large overhead racks leave our warehouse within 1-2 weeks of receiving the order. Our smaller items frequently ship more quickly. We ship to the lower 48 states only. If your order is over $250 free shipping is automatically applied. If you need to ship to Alaska or Hawaii, please email us at sales@garagestorageHQ.com for a quote. Your order will be shipped using FedEx or UPS. We do not ship internationally.
Items with a ship weight over 20 pounds will incur an additional $15 shipping fee. You will see it under the price on each item page if this applies to your item.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is only charged on orders shipping to California.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you need to return our products. Simply contact us on our contact us page. Or send us an e-mail at returns@garagestoragehq.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number and all other information. Request for returns must be made within seven days of receipt of products. All defective returns are for exchanges only.
Estimated shipping time
All of the products can ship out within one to three business days of your order. If you need faster or expedited shipping please contact us for custom quote. In the event there is a back order on your products, we will notify you immediately via e-mail or phone call. We use UPS and FedEx as our main shipping carriers. Our automated shipping system will e-mail you a tracking number when your order ships. If you order multiple items, it is possible that you will receive them in different packages. But don't worry, you will never be charged extra for shipping.
